Who we are

SEISENSE is an independent academic publisher committed to advancing open-access scholarship in business and management. We publish peer-reviewed research through two flagship journals: the SEISENSE Journal of Management (SEIJOM) and the SEISENSE Business Review (SBR).

We are a young publisher with a clear idea: research should be rigorous, easy to reach and useful to the people who put it to work. Open access is our heritage, and it still shapes how we operate.

Leadership

Dr. Nadeem Akhtar, PhD

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Akhtar leads the strategic direction of SEISENSE and its two peer-reviewed journals, ensuring high editorial standards, rigorous peer review and alignment with international publishing ethics. He was the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the SEISENSE Journal of Management (March 2018 to July 2019).

Publishing is more than a process. It is a responsibility to knowledge, integrity and community.

From manuscript to published article

  1. Choose your journal

    SEIJOM for management research such as leadership, HRM, organisational behaviour and entrepreneurship. SBR for applied business research, case studies and industry insight.

  2. Prepare your manuscript

    Follow the author guidelines of your chosen journal and our publication ethics.

  3. Submit online

    Register once and submit through the journal’s own site.

  4. Double-blind peer review

    Independent reviewers assess your work without knowing who you are. Our average time to a decision is 8 days.

  5. Publish open access

    Accepted work is edited, published free to read and made discoverable through indexing services such as Google Scholar and DOAJ.
