About the Journal

Journal of People, Work and Organisations is a quarterly, double-blind peer-reviewed journal. We publish empirical studies, conceptual papers and book reviews that connect rigorous research with practice.

Aims and scope

We welcome work on workplace flexibility, algorithmic management, psychological safety, compensation and pay transparency, onboarding, and skills-based talent analytics.
